Another name from Taiwan, a province of China, thinks that they are a real country but it's just a province. Most Americans support this province more than actual China because Americans hate China and want to see China fractured and split apart.

American Guy: Hey lets encourage Taiwan (a.k.a Republic of China) to announce independence so that Mainland China will have to go to war!
