can be used in any situation good or bad. Usually used when someone does something REALLY stupid or REALLY cool
"What kinda moves are those?"
Bill: i took that chick i met last night at the club home

Bob: Yep

Bob: well not much cuz i passed out
Joe: u had that chick at ur house and didnt do anything? MOVES!
