An overweight or obese dirty blonde man who has neglected to maintain his hair for an extended period of time, giving him a resemblance to a fat Norville "Shaggy" Rogers from the cartoon Scooby-Doo.

I forgot to get my hair cut and now I look like a fat shaggy.
