Saying that you’re fine means that you are OK on the outside, but horrible, dying, and burning on the inside. Or A girl who says I’m fine but no one can understand you besides other girls.

Rebecca said to Tim “I’m fine”! But Jim had no idea, because when Tim tried to comfort her she yelled at him.
