Zatic (aka zazzic, zaticc, zatique etc.) is the king of happy wheels mobile and many levels of the same game were named after him, such as zatic's cave and the infamous "zatic levels" (in italian "livelli zatic"). He Is a very sketchy and shady dude and he claims he had the atom bomb's blueprints. He looks like ben from the game "My talking ben".
