A particularely ugly child, most often pimped out to the media by their mothers who think they're god's gift to humanity despite the obvious fug factor.

Bindi Irwin (Steve Irwin, Crocodile Hunter's daughter) is one irritating, pimped out fugmuppet.

Derogatory term used to describe someone engaging in irritating, frustrating or mindless behavior.
