The act of vacating the stall you currently occupy with your pants and underwear still around your ankles; in an attempt to occupy an adjacent stall that hopefully has toilet paper all whilst hoping to avoid other humans

I walked into the men's room and witnessed the most god awful dirty booty scooty, I guess there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls.
