A predatorial being of the uncle status. Usually preying on his nieces and nephews. Has a tendacy to be hard of hearing. Also is characterized by his fetish of using his hearing aid in sexual settings.

My uncle is such a Uncle Ryan, he’s always staring at me.

Oh mine too, I try to stay away from mine.
