Someone who thinks he knows it all but usually has no idea what he is talking about. Frequently uses terms such as "grow up" and "un-va-leevable". Most likely from an island such as Cuba or the Dominican Republic. Wardrobe contains one orange shirt and navy blue shorts which are 2 sizes too small.
