To take a rather large dump upon. Mcnabby can also be said in a very excited tone, to mean somthing sexual that has nothing to do with feces.

i.e.- "Hey Kevin!"
"Hi Mike!"
"I'm gonna Mcnabby on your forehead!!"
"EXCELLENT!!!!!"
