Originating on the Providence-Newport ferry, specifically the Bristol stop, the act of giving someone a hand job using the salty, frigid water of the Atlantic Ocean as lubricant

On the way home from the folk fest, Karah reached overboard, dipped her hand in the water, and gave me Nordic tug all the way back to providence.
