Destage

The final phase of staging a home for resale. To remove the staging furnishings, art, and accessories that were brought in to make the home more appealing to buyers.

1. Be sure to give at least 2-weeks notice when you want us to destage the house.

2. Sellers should remove all personal belongings from the residence prior to destaging.
