Kyle Day
Closely related to “Kelly Days”, which are a day off work from a widely used 1 on 2 off work schedule, adopted by most Fire Departments. Kelly Days, were established to limit the employee to a 48 hour work week and eliminating the need to pay overtime.
“Kyle Days” are twice as many Kelly Days, therefore providing time off to combat mental health. Kyle Days are actually shunned against by almost every workplace, but everyone is just kinda jealous and wants them as well.
