Fart knocker  

Someone who is being a jerk. They pick on people over and over again or do something rash and without thinking.

Or the original meaning, someone who farts often and announces it.

"Did that fart knocker just cut you off?"

"Your just a fart knocker. Stop picking on him!"

"Hey! I'm going to fart!"
"You fart knocker."
