Someone who is turned on by himself as a child. As kids like exploring each other's bodies he may wish, in his role as a child, to do this with other children upon which he will be discovered and feel most misunderstood.

Joe is an autopaedophile, he'll get along very well with little Jimmy, they seem to have so much in common.
