A person who is incredibly slow -- physically, and mentally.

That guy is such a mess; it takes him three times as long to do the same job as everyone else, and he still gets it wrong. He's definitely a slothtard!

Me:- I went to the job centre to sign on and none of the advisers had a clue what they were doing.

Friend:- The place sounds like a complete clusterfuffle.
