At some point mass produced and at a later point rising in value and sentimentality.
Souvenires, paraphernalia and memorabilia.
written off as junk by the untrained eye. Appreciated as naive and beautiful by those wityh a discerning eye and a refined sense of aesthetic.

The artwork of Jeff Koons, David La Chappelee and Pierre et Gilles is so Kitsch!

Essentially anything collectible is Kitsch.

At first glance this may seem like a pile of junk, but it is actually a large collection of collectibles and kitsch which people will probably pay a lot of money for on ebay.

To fill time between jobs by furiously writing letters and sending out cv's.

I am trying to make my first feature film so am now on a crazy letter-bender trying to apply for every funding opportunity going.

Someone who floats through life without a real grip on reality.

Someone who lives more in their dreams and imagination then in reality.

She thinks that she's going to get a record deal and become a pop star, but she's totally deludeanoid if she thinks she'll get doiscovered working at the chicken shack in nebraska.

shiki miki 

German urban slang word generally meaning Kitsch.
Also now used as an ironic, tongue-in-cheek replacement for cool and fun.

That whole wedding was so shiki miki
ie: Tacky but fun

I think your look is incredibly shiki miki
ie: tacky but well-considered so cool!
