Stands for Just Being Queer or Just To Be Queer. Used to indicate how ridiculous one is or to clarify something that was not clear.
For example, Lady Gaga comes on the radio and the boys scream and place hands in a bear claw/roar position. So, JBQ.
Another example, "JBQ... I am going to the gay club tonight, with or without you."
