Common street slang, specifically in the Upstate NY region for a vape or e-cigarettes. Used mostly by the youth. May be referred to as a boo thang as the full term.

“Yo bro do you got a boo?”

“Nah twin but I heard Bob got one!”

“Shit twin I gon see if I can smack his boo thang my guy”
