Somebody who dresses, acts, talks, etc., like a stoner, but has never actually smoked marijuana. They may or may not pretend they have in the past, but the truth is they have never smoked it.
Guy 1: Dude, Brian is such a stoner.
Guy 2: No dude, he's never smoked anything in his life. He's just a marijuanabe.
