Woman who was fat but has lost the weight and is full of confidence. Unused to having confidence and can be over the top and a pain in the arse and/or can be successfully slutty.
Similar sometimes to Fat Girl Syndrome

I have a friend who is a Wasfat, she'll screw you.
That Wasfat wouldn't shutup about herself all night!
