Used as a greeting when tired, drunk or when experiencing a hangover. Also referred to as "Sman" or "Saman"

Person 1: *Walks down stairs in the morning dressed in only a shirt and underpants, with a pair of sunglasses on and a fag hanging out of the mouth*
