Generally defines a type of teacher that sleeps with students and loves to get high before work. Is typically a bogan with yellow teeth from smoking. Pretty much, this type of teacher is what you call real rough on the edges.

Student: "Boy I gave Trashton the time of her life last night to get an A on that test".
