Nawr is an exaggerated way of saying “no”, deriving from Britons using an American accent slurring their speech when saying “no”.
There are multiple forms of the word such as “Nawr” - No, “Knawr” - Know & “Nowr” - Now.

Friend A: “Hey do you have a spare pencil?!”
Friend B: “Nawr, sorry.”
