69 is when two people are facing each other, one would be facing upside down compared to the other, the guy would be quote "eating the waffle" while the girl end of the relationship would be "swallowing the sausage" or depending on your sexualality, it could be two guys "swallowing the sausage" or two girls "eating the waffle"
Dude, that couple over there deffinently did 69 last night, you can smell the breakfast all over them
