A portuguese expression that is used as a joke in the same way some people used to do with "boom", sometimes it can be used to describe genitalia , random items and it literally can be used to describe anything when you forget the word you wanted to use.

Breu 

It doesn't mean anything and means everything at the same time.

Breu can sometimes be used instead of "boom", "fuck" , anything actually.
Most of the time it is used to intensify a moment and usually when said people scream or say "breu" really loud

"He picked up your mom and fucked her." -> "He picked up your mom and Breu"
"i was looking at him and suddenly his head exploded" -> "i was looking at him and ... BREU ... his head exploded"
