Short for "saturate" or "saturated".

Sog Bog

Originating from the term "soggy box" usually used as an insult. This would be used for people you wouldn't give the time of day to, let alone use full words.

"Look at that fuckin' Sog Bog" or "You're being a Sog Bog"
