When your asshole is so destroyed from over-penetration that it has big dangling lips.

nipple pants

When one pulls their pants up to have the waistband even with one's nipples. This is a particularly unattractive method of pants-wearing and common in old people, and idiots. Nipple pants are also usually accompanied by moose knuckles, due to the high tension of the pants.
