Man-sip 

A man sized sip of a beer or drink, one can finish a beer in 4 or 5 Man-sips
For a female or light weight it borders on chugging the drink, but for a man it is merely a sip...hence the name Man-sip

Jey: Give me another beer bro.
Leo: Damn another one? U must be chuggin that shit!
Jey: Naw bro i jus been takin Man-sips.
