PBP stands for Paper Bag Pretty

Always an insult and never a compliment.

As seen in many movies and heard many times,PBP is when a person male/female is ugly they put a paperbag over that persons head.

Seen in scary movie, the dead ghost lady had a paper bag over her had while they had sex.
