cinch sacker

Similar to "brown bagger", but the whole body, not just the face needs bagged or "cinch sacked." May even pertain to someone's overall rotten personality, appearance and general place in the world.

Me: "Hey man, that dude looks horrible."
You: "What a cinch sacker!"

or

Me: "I hate that stupid biatch at work."
You: "Someone should throw a cinch sack up on her."
