This exotic creature can usually be found parading around in a vacuous bubble of her own self absorbed reflection. A "kuntdouchian" is a high maintenance, shallow, narcissistic product chick who spends her days in a selfie cloud prancing about as if we should all bow down to her botox shrine. The worst offenders deserving of this title are the bottom feeders who are far from a ten, yet when they look in the mirror they see nothing but a make-up-caked super model.
