Someone who says things that are so outrageous you don’t know what to think. They are borderline scary to be around but equally hilarious.

Jake: “I tried to order a McTopSloppy and a McChinamen at McDonald’s and the girl at the drive thru was so shocked at my knowledge of the secret menu that she quit her job instantaneously…good thing I didn’t request the McPhagomania or she would have cried”
