A sarcastic way to defeat the prudish purpose of the phrase "F word", most notably to catch people off guard. Can also be used in the phrase "fuck bomb"

A male equivalent to the emotional stress caused by female menstruation

"Wow, what a jerk. He must be suffering from malestruation"
