gynochiatrist 

A friend who will listen to baby mamma drama for hours on end. Generally someone who is so stupified or sedated that they can listen to a drama queen ad nauseum.

Lynn be so crazy. They let her out of the jitter joint and the first thing she do is buy some 40 oz. and spend the day talking up in there with her gynochiatrist. She calls it the poor woman's shock therapy.

Hospital or clinic where drunks and druggies go for rehabilitation when they chemical dependent.

Shamiqua be knocking down too many 40 oz and she be into that Bolivian marching powder and crack. She be headed to the jitter joint before too long. I don't think her purple pill save her now.
