"tbh" is the shorter version of "to be
honest".
It's used to express your
opinion about something or someone. You can also
use imo to express this.
-Hey mate, what do you
think about my room decoration?

Hmm... tbh it feels a bit empty, maybe
try to add some more colors and figures?
