When during sleep, one rests or mild moves hand around, or cup, on vagina. Sometimes in between labia depending on type or style of vagina. Also, sometimes on anus when wide enough to fit palm. Not to be confused with fingersleeping which applies on to anus with finger.

Greg wished he could find a nice woman that actually wanted to be around him so he could practice or finally enjoy the handsleeping he had been missing out on.
