Someone who goes hard or goes home. A Party animal, a "wetboi". Only Los Altos Fyalls can be Wetstars. "Wetstar" is a title earned by other fellow "Wetstars" or "fyalls".
You cannot be a "Wetstar" if you are from Mountain View or St Francis unless you are "D-man" (love you bro)
