Turn-key 

A derogatory name for a prison officer (screw, kanga etc) used by inmates in U.K Jails and prisons (predominantly used in Scotland)

Meant to imply they are nothing more than key turners, since they spend many hours unlocking and locking cell doors.

Turn-key, can I get a cup of water?

“Stash that the turn-keys just came round the corner”
