A female who makes sammiches. A sammich wench (sometimes shortened to sammwench) is often a woman who is under the impression that she has liberty, but who is truly enslaved by a hungry male friend.
I once had a Sammich wench. But then one day I sent her to the store for more bread, and she was never seen again.
