The act of offering what is perceived as technical support but is entirely unhelpful, frustrating, insulting and rude.

Poopocalypse

An incident where a pet, usually a dog, or a Roomba runs over a pets feces and throws it about the house.

I'm going to have to move, my dog had a poopocalypse.
