A unknown cheese-like substance that resides beneath the unwashed foreskin that has a gestation period of of 3 to 5 days. Can be spread or dipped. Synon: smegma.

clam sandwich

Two vaginas are pressed togther with a thin layer of roast beef placed in bewteen! It is a thinly sliced lean roast beef pressed between two hairless clams.
