Grinch

(verb) To “grinch” or “grinching” refers to the act of taking down and packing up holiday decorations, generally Christmas decorations.

The term is derived from the Dr. Seuss character, the Grinch, who removes all the Christmas decorations in Whoville.
-I gotta grinch my Christmas tree this afternoon.
-Christmas is over; time to do some grinching.
-Brian, it’s November 6th, can you please grinch the Halloween decorations already?
