MBB means My blood boils. It is used at the start of a sentence that begins usually like, "MBB when". This is similar to FML that it mentions an anecdote but different in that MBB comes at the beginning while FML is said at the end.

MBB when I take a shower and then I have to poop immediately after it.

Ceks

A synonym of the word "sex", Ceks is used in MMORPGs such as RuneScape where there is a word censor that blocks out the word "sex". Ceks also implies cyber sex unless prefixed with IRL.

Oren is bro stalk, he'll come after you in the middle of the night and have IRL ceks with you.
