The act of permanently removing a girlfriend from one's life. The scenario goes like this "said boyfriend" is doing his girl from behind and keeps drilling her while asking,"Are you there yet (getting close to orgasm)?" She would say no, no, etc., but once she finally says yes, jump off and kick her punt style in the vagina.

I found out she was cheating on me so I 4th and Longed her down my steps.
