Crane Fatty 

A person so morbidly obese that they literally can not move unless transported by machinery.

In the movie 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape', the kids are ashamed of their mother because she is so obese. So obese, in fact, that she is a crane fatty.

Saxby Chambliss 

A maneuver where one party inserts fresh Georgia peaches into their rectum until maximum capacity is reached, mashing them up with powerful contractions of their anus, until a delicate paste is formed. A second person then consumes the mashed up fruit using only their face and mouth, as in a traditional pie-eating contest.

Grandma said she was going to teach me how to make her famous peach cobbler, but instead gave me a Saxby Chambliss.
