Fallacia Vanitatis
A satirical logical fallacy in which a person responds to a general criticism or proposal by acting as though they were personally tasked with solving the entire problem, usually to dismiss the original argument.
Person A: "Society would be better if they implemented something"
Person B: "Well what do you want me to do about it???"
Person B's answer is considered a Fallacia Vanitatis, as they pretend they were obligated to resolve a problem or complete a task when they clearly weren't, only to dismiss Person A's comment.
