A person who is slightly—or completely—obsessed with Aperol, especially Aperol Spritz. Usually found ordering one “just for the vibes” and somehow ending up having several.

Sarah said she was only having one drink, but she’s already ordered her third Aperol Spritz. She’s such an aperolholic.
