Q and their followers believe that everyone who doesn't understand or believe them is a pedophile involved in sex trafficking. They tend to believe as such any opposition should be taken out by lethal force.

Q doesn't exist as the high security clearanced individual and is a group of divorced, overweight, bigoted, drug addled, small wanged male boomers who think up crazy theories everytime they smoke more meth.
