My estimation of this work is Mediagre. It is not Medium or Large. A Measurement that is between Medium and Large. If Medium is a 4, Large is a 5 Mediarge is 4.5.

Confidence erosion

Lessening one’s confidence over time through repeated failures, disappointments, defects

Every time Marketing provides materials, it has errors. Used to this it was a mistake; now I have no confidence in them.

My engineering team launches features that have defects every time they release; I now expect problems with all their work. Their actions have caused confidence erosion in my team.

Calendar Bingo

The act of moving a meeting invite around in hopes of getting a majority of invitees to accept it.

Stan's calendar is always busy - i play calendar bingo when i send invites to see if he will accept. If he doesn't, I try again until BINGO! he has accepted.
